The wife of rapper DMX says she is planning to file for a divorce after 20 years and four kids together, but she hasn’t yet, according to a report at The Boombox. The pre-mature announcement seems to blatantly be a way to help Tashera Simmons get publicity for her upcoming book as the wife of the probation-violating hip-hop artist, who she says she’s known since they were 11-year-old kids. “With all the drama and everything going on now, I think my book explains everything,” she said.
